- BBBrittany BrownDec 11, 20231.0The woman who works here is impolite and disrespectful to the staff and customers. She berated the man helping me in front of multiple customers, for letting me buy stamps while he processed a large order. It was embarrassing for everyone. She then told a customer she could not help her because her package would take too long, and from their conversation, it sounds like this was the 2nd time. Everyone involved was very uncomfortable. I am thankful for the kind man who helped us all patiently and with respect, even while being yelled at.

Today I am showing a package from Etsy containing a birthday gift was to be delivered - later than originally anticipated but at least it should have been here. NOPE!! Apparently it's still 60 miles away. What is "informed delivery" for if it doesn't provide accurate information? I called the Blandon post office about it and was met with total nonchalance and basically told it wasn't their issue. No wonder USPS is losing money!
