⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would.
An absolutely disgraceful experience. At this post office, customers seem to be treated like a nuisance rather than the people they are actually supposed to serve.
Courtesy? Practically nonexistent.
Professionalism? Apparently on permanent vacation.
Respect? Clearly out of stock, right along with the stamps.
The way some customers are treated compared to others is so noticeably different that it honestly leaves you wondering what the criteria are. At times, you get the very strong impression that not everyone is treated equally, and that is completely unacceptable.
Coming here to mail a package should require a stamp, not courage, patience, and a therapist waiting outside the door. 😂
If the goal is to make customers never come back, congratulations: mission accomplished. If the goal is to provide decent public service, it’s probably time to start over from scratch.
A post office where the fastest thing you lose is your patience.
And then there’s Joio: a true expert at turning a simple trip to the post office into a nightmare. Arrogant attitude, zero courtesy, and the kind of friendliness you’d expect from a door slammed in your face. If the goal were to drive customers away, Joio would definitely deserve an award.
Clean post office. Easy to find parking. Great post office and great service! They offer a great variety of services! The clerks were professional, pleasant, respectful, and helpful! Johanna helped the customers at the window, she was excellent! Johanna works hard to help all customers in line, she was fair to the customers, and she has a positive attitude. There needs to be more clerks like Johanna. Other clerk Ruma was helpful, pleasant, and respectful too. Both clerks were fair, professional, helpful, positive, and respectful to the customers. Both clerks deserve to get recognition for their hard work! Their job looks tough, it is not for the weak. This post office has qualified clerks working here. Both clerks are minority workers who are bilingual.
Johanna is Hispanic. Johanna has spoken Spanish to some of the customers who were speaking Spanish. Ruma is Bangladesh.
This post office and both clerks does not deserve to get any hate, disrespect, or negative remarks because they are doing a great job. Disregard any misinformation reviews.
Thanks Johanna and Ruma for giving great postal service! Had a positive experience! Recommend coming here!

There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe how wonderful my experience updating my passport was. The woman who helped me (I want to day her name was Dorine but I may be wrong) was delightful as hell. She’s very knowledgeable about the process and what she isn’t sure about, she takes the time to make sure she’s correct. There was some sensitive information involved so she very politely took the post master into the back to not reveal my information to other customers.
My only complaint is that she was by herself, and she definitely should have had more help. But she handled it like a champion and was very friendly to every customer and took an appropriate amount of time to help everyone. If I could give her 20 out of 5 stars I would!
