- BBBernardJun 20, 20261.0Saturday June 20th ,2026 the lady working at the counter at 845am screAmed at customers saying "I HATE WHITE PEOPLE AND ALL ENGLISH SPEAKERS ".. she had gray mixed in with darker short curlyish hair . This was 100% a hate crime committed by her. Its all on camera too

- AAAJMay 13, 20261.0The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont know her name, but she is an old woman with curly hair. I went there on 5/13/26 at 4:30 pm. I brought a recycled box to return an item using a QR code. I had removed the old shipping label, but there was a very tiny piece left with only three numbers on it. Instead of politely explaining that the box needed to be completely free of old labels, she immediately refused to accept the package and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. I said, “Okay, just give me the box and I’ll fix it.” However she kept arguing and repeatedly said, “No is not okay no,” in a confrontational way. I was not arguing with her—I simply wanted to remove the small piece of the old label so she could process my return. There was absolutely no reason for her to be so hostile. SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE HATES PEOPLE.

All she had to do was tell me respectfully that items cannot be taken without a bag. This was at 8:35am 5 minutes after opening so I’m not sure why we as customers have to deal with such an attitude so early in the morning from someone that is getting paid to do the job they do.
