I was waiting forever because there was only one employee working by herself. The line was so long it reached all the way to the door. My 5 stars is for the employees.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont know her name, but she is an old woman with curly hair. I went there on 5/13/26 at 4:30 pm.
I brought a recycled box to return an item using a QR code. I had removed the old shipping label, but there was a very tiny piece left with only three numbers on it. Instead of politely explaining that the box needed to be completely free of old labels, she immediately refused to accept the package and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone.
I said, “Okay, just give me the box and I’ll fix it.” However she kept arguing and repeatedly said, “No is not okay no,” in a confrontational way. I was not arguing with her—I simply wanted to remove the small piece of the old label so she could process my return.
There was absolutely no reason for her to be so hostile. SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE HATES PEOPLE.

I went to return an item with a QR code and the lady at the window was very rude and disrespectful saying she will not take it without a bag. All she had to do was tell me respectfully that items cannot be taken without a bag. This was at 8:35am 5 minutes after opening so I’m not sure why we as customers have to deal with such an attitude so early in the morning from someone that is getting paid to do the job they do.

Mail clerk Yearneys is a horrible miserable waste of a human. I walked in to get some packages scanned for drop off and she straight up said “i don’t feel like it” “im not doing that” “i want to go home i don’t feel like doing it”. She even made up a policy saying after 430 she can refuse service and it was 440. Horrible person. Do not use this location unless you like refusal of service and being verbally abused for simply requesting a receipt.

Just another government facility that gets away with screwing over citizens. Postal carrier didn’t even attempt to knock on my door and left this in my mailbox for a high priority letter. (Have it all on camera and I was home the entire day) when I called this location to try and set up a resolution I was met with the most condescending rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.
