- MKMJ K5 days ago1.0Um, you have a govt job, please get off your phone. If you cannot manage to get off your phone, let someone else more grateful have the job. I so badly want to be contracted to remodel this place. The posters are lopsided, crooked, dirty, bent. The signs on the pole direction where to wait are covered with THREE other signs. Seriously, take all posters down, scrub, goo gone, bleach all walls and windows. Then, minimize the plethora of posters - so many of them say the same exact thing. Some are so small they are of no benefit. When there are 50 posters with no strategy of actually catching the eye of the consumer, you have lost. Marketing and Merchandising 101. Oh, and a few gallons of paint please. Most of the workers here seem to have zero customer service skills. They barely look you in the eye. Whoever runs this place should up and quit because you are performing a lackluster job. Hold people accountable, hold yourself accountable!
