- BZBerenice ZambriAug 31, 20263.0In the years I’ve lived in Bethlehem, I’ve never been lucky enough to find more than one person working the counter; this sometimes results in a wait of over an hour just to drop off a package. Some of the staff are very rude—they won't even look at you and give curt, minimal answers—but for the past six months, the new young woman there has been very friendly and efficient.
- LLLaurenAug 26, 20261.0Very unprofessional staff and ghetto! Lady at desk is incredibly rude to customers. I walked in and waited in line to drop off a package. She stated “uhhh ok you can just leave it,” with an attitude. I stated i needed a receipt, I’ll wait its ok. She replied “well you can go outside.” Absolutely not is that a way to talk to the public or behave at job that requires you to be professional. These people need to be retrained or relocated. There is no need for the ghetto attitude, especially considering everyone there was patiently waiting for her. Bad look for this place. Unacceptable that the employees get away with customer service like that.

- MKMJ KAug 13, 20261.0Um, you have a govt job, please get off your phone. If you cannot manage to get off your phone, let someone else more grateful have the job. I so badly want to be contracted to remodel this place. The posters are lopsided, crooked, dirty, bent. The signs on the pole direction where to wait are covered with THREE other signs. Seriously, take all posters down, scrub, goo gone, bleach all walls and windows. Then, minimize the plethora of posters - so many of them say the same exact thing. Some are so small they are of no benefit. When there are 50 posters with no strategy of actually catching the eye of the consumer, you have lost. Marketing and Merchandising 101. Oh, and a few gallons of paint please. Most of the workers here seem to have zero customer service skills. They barely look you in the eye. Whoever runs this place should up and quit because you are performing a lackluster job. Hold people accountable, hold yourself accountable!
