I understand there is not a lot of people working here, however the people that do work here are absolutely wonderful and I give them so much praise for being able to run that place by themselves!!! Highly recommend you'll just have to wait in line which is simply just teaching us patience!

On the first day, I had a scheduled passport appointment and had already left home when the staff told me my appointment had to be canceled. I asked when I could come back, and she specifically told me to return at 8:30 AM the next day. So I showed up at 8:30 AM exactly as I was told. Then the staff member told me they couldn’t process passport applications. Are you kidding me? If you already knew you couldn’t process passports, why tell me to come back the next morning? You wasted my time, my transportation, and two mornings because of completely misleading information. What’s even more ridiculous is that the window still says this location offers passport services, and the online system still allows people to book passport appointments here. If you don’t actually provide the service, why is the sign still up? Why are appointments still available online? It’s incredibly misleading and a complete waste of customers’ time. This level of incompetence and poor communication is unacceptable. Please either provide the service you advertise or stop allowing people to make appointments that can’t be honored.
