- RBRebecca BMay 22, 20261.0Today I went to drop off package and the new lady behind the counter gave me hard time because of me using there express package with ground label....now the weight and size was correct......all years shipping packages never problem......on top of it I had work in 2 different mailing service 15+ years myself knowing how it works...... I'm trying to leave and lady threatening me charge more ......but the label was on point you can't charge me more because what the package looks like .....but I didn't want to argue with the lady and just do what u need to do..... I already knew she couldn't do that unless my size or weight was off......but didn't say anything because she was looking for a fight...... I don't know what her problem was....... Don't lash out on your customers because you're having bad day......!!!!!! All I was trying to do was drop off and GO!!!!!!! Not have Argued with NEW employee....very poor and unprofessional customer service..... Back in the day you would be Fired for that.....

- MLMegan LovetroNov 26, 20221.0If you want your packages on time, then you better hope that it's not being delivered by this post office. I've never seen so many package delays. And if they don't deliver the day it is supposed to be delivered they don't scan it back at the post office like they are supposed to. In fact they don't even deliver it the next day. Usually 3-4 days later the package will arrive and that whole time the tracking will just say awaiting delivery scan.
