  Today I went to drop off package and the new lady behind the counter gave me hard time because of me using there express package with ground label....now the weight and size was correct......all years shipping packages never problem......on top of it I had work in 2 different mailing service 15+ years myself knowing how it works...... I'm trying to leave and lady threatening me charge more ......but the label was on point you can't charge me more because what the package looks like .....but I didn't want to argue with the lady and just do what u need to do..... I already knew she couldn't do that unless my size or weight was off......but didn't say anything because she was looking for a fight...... I don't know what her problem was....... Don't lash out on your customers because you're having bad day......!!!!!! All I was trying to do was drop off and GO!!!!!!! Not have Argued with NEW employee....very poor and unprofessional customer service..... Back in the day you would be Fired for that.....

  Rude employees! I asked the old guy that worked there if he had different stamps and he pointed to the board and said it says available stamps then turned to his coworker and said right we don't have any other stamps that we don't put up. I didn't need that harsh answer today. I won't be going there anymore!

  Miserable staff, gets upset if you drop packages off, if it’s not your home post office. I’d give them negative stars if I could. I’m now going to use this location only, even if it’s a slight inconvenience for me.

  This place is as useless as it gets, like biden and all democrats, especially the woman at the counter (i guarantee she’s one) I had to deal with today. Horrible service and they try to tell you something they have no clue about, like my mail box lol. How’s this, you worry about getting the packages delivered to people who have ordered things to be delivered by a certain time instead of not doing your job and screwing everyone that’s waiting for something. Might as well just set up boxes so I can get my mail on my own, I’d do a better job. Seems like the management wether here or usps in general is just brain dead period! The only good person that was at the counter was moved (bad management decision), and replaced with someone who doesn’t have a clue and has no proper answers. Also my mail carrier who is a great person and always on point, but it seems that everyone who tries to do his job can’t accomplish it, pretty pitiful and sad! Time to fire everyone but the veteran carriers and when they retire, set up drop boxes and machines so we can can get our own mail and ship our own things. Management is a bunch of useless people here!!!
