- BBB2 days ago1.0They are god awful….my delivering USPS full time person is probably the laziest person in the planet earth. I am having work done on my house and instead of getting out of her van she just doesn’t deliver my mail. This is probably the 5th time this has happened too. It’s so bad!!!!!!

Millions of people, businesses and organizations count on timely and reliable mail delivery - from paying critical bills, delivering legal forms and documents and countless time-sensitive services. USPS is failing miserably! Personally, I have experienced it first hand more often than I care to mention. The most recent example was the mailing of two identical envelopes, each contains similar documents, both going to the same address. Both were sent by Certified Mail. One arrived 10 days later. The other was still en route 20 days later! Tracking data showed the second envelope went from Philadelphia to the destination city, back to Philadelphia, then back to the destination city. HOW? None of these services are inexpensive, so the least you could expect is some level of reliability. It's appalling! If you need something critical delivered, pay it on line, or use UPS or FedEx. It may cost more, but you can at least be 99% sure it will get there when needed. 04/01/2026 Follow-Up: The second package referenced above was finally delivered on March 30 (28 days after it was sent). Both envelopes were sent from Bensalem, PA to Kansas City, MO on March 2. I'm relieved it did finally arrive, but after 4 weeks of considerable concern!
