- KKKJun 16, 20261.0The woman always working the counter here (older woman with white hair and wire framed glasses) is aggressive and rude every single time I’ve ever visited but she makes sure to give herself a positive survey response on every single transaction. On my last visit I tried to choose my own response because she was being blatantly rude, and she literally swatted my hand away from the device so that she could click the positive response on the screen. When you report issues with a USPS location or employee to the company, they simply contact the person you complained about and tell them what you said instead of actually investigating or fixing the issues.
- PSPaul SchaeferMar 31, 20214.0I live nearby and come here a couple times a month. It’s a smaller office, so the hours are shorter (closed over lunch) and space is limited, but it works. Most of the folks who work the desk are helpful and pleasant enough. Everybody can have a bad day. I’ve had some bad experiences on occasion but more often I’ve been surprised by them being more helpful or flexible than I expected.
