  Great experience at this UPS Store. Stanley, the manager, was very kind and helpful. He notarized my documents, printed the paperwork I needed, and helped me through the whole process. Really appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend this location!

  I never usually do reviews but this location has unprecedented exceptional service. Stanley is the man. He’s attentive, fast, efficient and super friendly. He makes things happen. He did my notary services and Amazon return service as quick as a heart beat. You need things done, you come here.

  I am writing about a frustrating change to the copying service at The UPS Store #2447 in Audubon, PA, and what appears to be a corporate decision that has made a previously simple service unnecessarily complicated. In the past, I could order copies online through The UPS Store website. I would upload the actual file I wanted printed, place the order, and the store would make my copies. It was easy, clear, and worked exactly as expected. That option is apparently no longer available. Instead, I was instructed to email the store what I wanted copied because that was the only way for me to submit the job without first going to the store. I followed those instructions and emailed my document. The document I wanted printed obviously began with “To Walmart Corporate.” However, when my copies were made, they also included my email subject line and other unnecessary information from my email to The UPS Store—material that was clearly not part of the document I wanted copied. This problem never occurred when customers could simply upload the document through the website. I am not writing this simply to criticize the employees at Store #2447. My larger concern is with the decision to replace a straightforward online ordering system with a less precise email process that can create exactly this type of mistake. Sometimes a newer way of doing something is not a better way. I hope The UPS Store Corporate will seriously consider restoring the previous online copy-ordering system, where customers could upload exactly what they wanted printed. It was simpler for the customer, clearer for the store, and far less likely to result in unnecessary material being printed. I am raising this issue because I would genuinely like to see the service improved and the easier online ordering method restored.

  I went in to get a document notarized. The front desk guy or manager insisted that there should be a separate space earmarked for the notary to sign/seal. The MA state regulator later told me any blank space on the document is good enough. I got the docs notarized at a nearby shop w/o any fuss.
