  I visit this UPS weekly and will only go to this store. Colin is ONE OF THE NICEST people. Always in a great mood no matter how much the line is out the door. I have been going there for over 5+ years. They take super great care of me & all the staff always make sure to give me a big hello when I come in. Great hours and I love that they are open on Sundays too.

  So today I went to the UPS Store in Audubon Village. I printed about five pages, but the document came out as an image, so I put the pages in the recycle bin. I never walked out with any paperwork at all. The heavyset Spanish guy with a ponytail had a bad attitude today, even though he is normally nice. He screamed at me, “You stealing!” Sir, how am I stealing when I never walked out with any paperwork? So we went back and forth. I decided to call and speak to the manager, and he said, “I’m the manager.” I proceeded to tell him how he embarrassed me and that next time they should have a sign saying, “You print, you pay.” He screamed at me and said I was harassing him, then he hung up on me. I would appreciate a call back from higher management. I was humiliated. That accusation could have gotten me in trouble for stealing and harassment over paperwork that was printed wrong and put in the recycle bin. Since he was acting petty, I offered to pay for the pages, but he said, “No, you’re banned.” I take pride in honesty and integrity. He also banned me from the store, which is not okay. I would appreciate a call back from a manager other than him. I also noticed in the reviews that the owner defends his rude behavior. Pull all the video footage. When you review it, I will follow up with my video of how rude he was. I don’t care if it was one page or one hundred pages of paperwork. Next time, have a sign that says, “You print, you pay.” I have used this store plenty of times with no problem doing that. He had a nasty attitude today. Obviously, I am not the only one who has complained about his rude behavior. If I cannot go back to the store, I will proceed to post his picture and the video with him in it. I think you are slow and missing the point . He is rude and your business will not survive. You dont yell at people saying they stealing. Also if the print came out wrong why will I pay for it especially when. I asked for help. When I called Staples to see if I was wrong. They said " if your print come out wrong why pay for it". Also the bin said recycle no trash. Since Facebook is public, I will post my Pic and video on Facebook. I hope your business close and it will with his bad attitude and your attitude. Business owners name is public knowledge Ms. As I said he handled the situation wrong with yelling at me that I was stealing and hanging up when I tried to resolve the issue. I bet he won't speak to man like that. People they rude dont give them services you will regret it. Thank you.

  The employees here are always very polite, happy and extremely helpful. They help problem solve and also work efficiently. I appreciate their excellent customer service. Dropping off my Amazon returns is always quick and easy.
