- EHEliza HarbageJul 13, 20263.0The post office is okay but our packages twke the scenic route. Taking forever to reach the destination. I really do not appreciate that they tell me my package has arrived that day when it has not. Usually arriving the following day. Its misleading information.
- HOHuman OptimizationDec 22, 20231.0My parents sent me a package from the Atglen PO last week with my correct address here out of state written legibly on the package. The mail lady (was told she was an older gal), was SO LAZY and incompetent at her job, that she put an entirely different address on there. Luckily, I was able to get it sorted out through the USPS hotline, to then go and pickup my package at a business location (Fortunately they had it unopened inside their autoshop garage) not too far from my neck of the woods. In all my years receiving and sending packages and mail thru USPS, I've never once had anything remotely poor of an experience as this one. And the cost was 55 dollars in shipping! To ship it to the WRONG LOCATION! This lady should be canned from her job and receive unemployment for her incompetency to society.
- DTDan TDec 9, 20191.0Without a doubt the laziest and most disgusted by mail carriers there are. I have had several certified mail notices left in my mail box, while working from home. I call and complain as it is generally something I am waiting for, and the man who identifies himself as the manager of the branch could care less. I have filed 4 complaints now. However the worst, just happened. I’m sitting in my truck in my driveway pulling out. The mail truck had a package for me. Pulled in nearly hitting me, ignored me and then after dropping the package off stopped and ‘rearranged’ himself in my driveway in front of myself and my young daughter in the truck. When I said something and said it wasn’t appropriate for him to drop his pants in my driveway no matter what, he ignored me and got back in his mail truck and left. If I wasn’t obligated to have a mail box, I’d be taking a chainsaw to the post it is on. How absolutely rude and disgusting
