Did nothing as I inquired about returning a package to sender. It was at an office in Philly, and I explained it wasn’t delivered to my house because the mailbox was too full. Don’t need it anymore, so once I was done explaining the lady first thought the package was “lost” which shows she wasn’t listening. Then, can’t put in a service request or contact anyone. Thanks for nothing at all

Scheduled a passport appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. There is a designated area to sit and wait to be called on. After sitting there for almost 30 minutes, an employee finally told us the appointments are canceled and no agent was there. No sign saying it was canceled. Another family was waiting as well. Multiple employees passed by and said nothing. No notification received regarding cancellation either.

Went there to get my passport. Angela was so nice and very patient. Also very helpful. Made the process so easy for a senior citizen 🙌
