- RRRich ReynoldsApr 5, 20181.0I see nothing has changed trying to get my package delivery refuses to deliver to parcel locker or to my home the person gave me a redelivery slip but barcode is invalid. Can't call they want a barcode number you can't talk to any person they don't take calls . My package says delivered and I did not receive it. Try calling for sent to north apollo office and nikki who answered the phone was rude and gave me wrong number to call . The 800 number says I'm on a 2 hour wait time. I see now why I didn't get my package stupid postal worker with no people skills. Giving one star is too generous. I
- EEEllie McElroy (EllieMcEllie)Nov 15, 20161.0I received a letter from a friend who was sending me resin teeth for a craft, and when i got the letter, it was ripped to hell and back and it was obvious that someone tampered with it. the little baggy that the teeth were in was torn just enough for the teeth to be taken out and there were two holes in it. I tried calling them for half an hour, but their phone lines have the busy tone.
