"Could not access the delivery location" which is complete BS, it's the same open street and porch as always. The Sunday employee just didn't feel like doing their job. Our Monday through Saturday delivery people are very reliable and consistent.

I was completely shocked the way she said it, she was very rude. I went back to her window then she slides the blue sign saying next window please. Very racist . The boy was going to help me but I decided not to let them mail my documents because i didn't want him taking my papers to the back..

My mailbox flag is up. It’s been up for a week with mail that needs taken!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened either! Seems like calling the USPS falls on deaf ears from the looks of these other reviews. I will be putting in a complaint anyway. This is highly irritating.

Especially not having any idea how logistics work. They have not lost any outgoing and my carrier is Sean, he’s outstanding! Some of you aren’t kind to begin with and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the public. Keep up the good work USPS. Again, Sean rocks!
