- MMMike MillerJul 24, 20261.0I came into this post office with five prepaid packages that were already labeled and required nothing more than being scanned and accepted. Instead of simply taking them, the blonde employee working the counter told me to carry them around to the loading dock at Bay 15 and leave them there myself. I’m sorry, but that’s the employee’s job—not the customer’s. I essentially did her job for her, and that’s not the kind of service anyone should expect from the Post Office. Customers shouldn’t be sent to the back of the building to handle package intake themselves, especially when everything is already prepaid and ready to go. Very disappointed with the customer service I received.
