- SSSavAug 26, 20262.0Went in for a change of address, needed to use general mail for the time being. The woman at the front desk was absolutely disrespectful and proceeded to ask if I was homeless very loudly across the entire room. None of her business first of all second learn some customer service skills.

I was the only one in line standing for three minutes with a package while the only available worker sat with her ear buds in on TikTok and without looking up from her phone goes “You know i’m open”. Once at the window, I had some questions on shipping methods, and all she said was “read the screen” while still on TikTok which still did not answer my question but I proceeded ahead with my transaction just to get the painful encounter over with. I’m angered my tax payer dollars fund this type of ignorance. This has been an issue for an extended period of time here and clearly management is the issue for allowing the staff to act in such in unprofessional manner every time with so many negative reviews. Despite living in the neighborhood, I will not be returning to this location again.
