**BEWARE - SCAM of all UPS franchise owners. They can make their own rules for shipping charges and UPS has no oversight. They will scam you! I ordered an item for $40 online with free shipping and used this location on hamilton blvd to pick it up. When I went pick it up they said I need to pay them $15 for them to release my item to me. They can charge whatever they feel to release the item and UPS can't do anything about it even though they are using the UPS brand name. NEVER go to any UPS store again - their franchise model allows owners to charge whatever they feel.

The young lady working today at 10:30 am was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will be escalating not only to the owner of the building but to UPS corporate. She was condescending with het answers and not helpful when it came to printing documents needed.
