- NMNicole MahoneyMay 18, 20263.0I recently moved back to the area after being away for several years. Having a PO Box is definitely more frustrating than getting direct mail delivery. Every time a package says “delivered” on tracking it takes this post office several hours or even the next day until you can receive your package. Which is very frustrating. One time I waited in this post office for three hours to prove a point that my package is there and I was not leaving until I received it. Staff couldn’t care less. They said they would “get to it” I constantly receive other people’s mail that is not mine. One time I received someone’s marijuana card. Which of course is a serious matter and I shouldn’t be getting other people’s mail like this. It’s a violation of privacy and it is completely unacceptable. Also when they close, you can hear the staff laughing uncontrollably. This is probably why there’s so many mistakes happening. They need to do better or hire more serious people
