I have changed my address and still missing very important mail to the point of contacting USPS customer service, Attorney General and State Representative. The Post Master is never available, or on the premises when we come there and other people call us back. He will not call back, unless escalating the issue over his Post office which makes me think he is not in the office, but getting paid!?!! I worked for the Post Office my Post Master was there everyday! I am missing a Social Security card that should have went right in my PO Box...
