If I can give them a zero star review I would. I had scheduled a passport appointment for my husband and he even took the day off to get this done. They called me and canceled our appointment because the passport lady apparently didn’t go in. I called to get more information and they told me they had mistakenly canceled my appointment and that I could still come in to get it done. I showed up 4 minutes late due to traffic and the lady who was going to do our application quickly grabbed her stuff and went to the back. I checked in with the man in the front and he smiled and said the lady had already left and that I had to reschedule because I wasn’t there on time! I drove 35 minutes, and my husband took the day off just to get turned away for being 4 minutes late!! Don’t come here!

I cannot imagine a team continuously LESS HELPFUL. We pay taxes and they’re supposed to provide services. Yet, they fall short 90% of the time. Today all I wanted was to send return an amazon purchase but they refused to print label, the very same type they do if you pay to ship. They referred me to UPS store to print label and then come back to drop off. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!

First, a package we were expecting went missing. USPS marked it as successfully delivered, but it was likely dropped off at the wrong address. We spent days trying to track it down. Then most recently, an important first-class letter disappeared, with no way to track it. It has traveled 7 days and counting from Seattle to Oregon? I do not think do. There have been several other mishaps as well in the past. At first, we brushed them off as simple human mistakes. But when these incidents became more frequent, it stopped feeling like isolated errors. All we want is a local postal service that is reliable and dependable. That's it.

Just opened. No one at the counter other than me. Had a package to pick up but didn't have the card with me. Worker at the counter refused to check for my package. Two other workers standing there doing nothing. Nothing going on. Nobody waiting. She was adamant. Why do they get a bad wrap? I guess customer service is not required. Update: Went back today. The package was there, but card was apparently put in the wrong box. Luckily, a more helpful employee today. They need secret shoppers to weed folks out. This employee has been there for many years and apparently has a reputation.

Terrible Wilsonville OR PO location, no outside mail drop, no power doors, outside or inside, for easy disabled person access. Violates ADA rules...
