  Their system was having an issue and they couldn't get my packages returned. Not a big deal. The guy asked him behind the counter did not have to be so arrogant about it. He was training another employee who apologized for the inconvenience and Ashton's response so that was "we just work here, we don't have to apologize". Yeah no kidding. But it doesn't hurt to show compassion...

  I understand if the policy is, they cannot package perishables, and you must actually pack the box and even purchase the box. What I don’t understand is why you would make the customer buy an entire thing of tape instead of just letting them use your tape roll to tape the box. 25 years ago, I worked at a postal connections, and I would never dream of making somebody purchase tape to secure a small little box

  These guys are AMAZING!!! They could not have exceeded my expectations more than they did. I needed to have a 1912 cash register packaged and secured. They made it a team effort and boy did they do an incredible job. They had to make me a customized box and really went above and beyond in protecting and securing it. Thank you for all of the extra effort!! When you need AMAZING I recommend the West Linn FedEx team!
