We can’t get mail delivered to the house so are forced to deal with constant problems with mail delivery and attitude. No accountability for bad behavior.Patrick is the only good employee here.
- DFDavina ForbesJul 21, 20261.0Reading the reviews on here is not surprising. This place has the worst customer service. They are terrible . Janice, so glad she went to another location was so disrespectful to an old woman because she didn’t know how to use the card reader. My son helped her. Once the old woman left I told her that was very rude and a terrible thing to do. She started yelling at me. Was ridiculous. I filed a complaint online and mentioned this to post master. Nothing was done to resolve this. The post master called me and threatened me over voicemail saying she’s sending people to my house. I have filed multiple complaints about them sending my mail back. I haven’t received important documents because of them. Today when I went they had a new employee ,Corey who was very combative when I asked him a simple question. Postmaster was standing right there and didn’t reprimand him. I don’t understand how anyone who works here has a job. Patrick is the only nice person here. Everyone else here is terrible. They all need to be fired. If anyone has any complaints please report to usps so employees can be held accountable.

Watched as one person after another was being talked down to and treated like an idiot before it was my turn. How people like this keep their jobs beyond me. I'll spare the details, but after four condescending remarks, I took my stuff and left. USPS as a whole needs to just go away. They seem to put the people with the absolute worst attitudes customer facing.
