- BPBRI-ANNA PotterJun 16, 20261.0Worst post office!!!! They're very lazy, and cant seem to figure out how to do an address change. I put and address change in a month ago and im still not getting mail to my new address. Ive called and they said I needed to do another address change, ive went in and they gave me my mail, asked about my old po box but never asked my forwarding address. Im annoyed at how difficult it is for them to do a basic thing!!!
- JSJustin ScottMay 11, 20261.0Probably the worst postal office in the country. Staff is rude, uneducated in theyre policies and just all around unprofessional. Certain couriers just jam everything in a mailbox or stuff just never gets delivered or just dropped off at the hammond office where it just sits because nobody opens the hammond office on time or is even in there. Multiple times weve recieved “cant be delivered” or “driveway blocked” while weve literally watched them drive by not even attempting to stop . Take a little pride or at least do your jobs correctly i dont know if its management or not but get your house in order jez.

- CCChronickityMar 13, 20241.0Mail and packages constantly being delivered to wrong locations. Parcel locker keys put into other mailboxes. Will leave packages under or at the bottom of stairs and have it marked as delivered to door. Blind and lazy.
