    I wanted to speak to a live agent. The virtual agent couldn’t understand anything not even when I pressed the number. It’s very frustrating and irritating! Please just have a live person answer the phone!!!!

    I've ordered a expensive package from Amazon and their tracking says it exchanged hands with Veneta Postal service and all of a sudden no their is a delivery issue. I tried calling but, all I get is a poor automated computer giving me nothing to solve this delivery issue or talk to a live person. Once my package gets her it either gets stolen or lost. Very frustrating!

    Absolutely despicable and horrendous customer service. I have had previous issues of USPS not being delivered due to our own issue and when I contacted USPS they informed me it was due to a blocked mailbox. No big deal, we can avoid that easily and fix the issue. Now I have had two times where my mail has not been delivered and the vehicle was not parked in front of the mailbox and was 6’ away (USPS policy) to allow the mailman/mailwoman the ability to quickly deliver. Contacted the branch manager, Donelle, who was incredibly rude over the phone and interrupted me several times. I told her it was not polite to interrupt as I had let her better educate me on their policies, her interrupting me as I was explaining the issue was uncalled for. I get it, these are stressful and often trying times, I wouldn’t be writing this review if I wasn’t slighted more than once from Veneta USPS. It’s unfortunate but this ongoing horrendous customer service needs to be fixed.
