In reading the reviews I was surprised to see how terrible they were. I've never had a bad experience there with mail. My complaint is that the condition of the outside is shoddy with weeds. The Turner Fire Dept keeps a professional look, why can't the Post Office? The post office employees don't seem to care and are bobbleheads about it.

Rude staff, the dude that was working was awful both times to my mother tonight he made her cry and was refusing to help, was rude. Honestly super disappointed in stuff this is a small nice warming community we shouldn't feel like we cant go to our community post office because staff are rude, or having a bad day taking it out on customers. I think this she be noticed by our community mayor. There is multiple comments of horrible experiences. What can we do to make our community feel safe at our post office? Sincerely a considered member of the community

I will never do business at this post office. And it is only 2 blocks from my house. The Older Asian lady is extremely rude and the supervisor will watch her rudeness. They really need to be retrained, coached on customer service and social skills.
