I waited 1/2 hr. behind one person and a couple at the printer having trouble. 2 more people behind me. Finally had to leave and get my kids from school. After 1/2 hr the couple remained at the printer as we all stood in line. No one would help. There were 3 employees behind the desk. I just read the owners rather sarcastic response and Dear Michelle the store or employees did not meet any of your customers expectations. You know you need more then one printer. In addition, the couple taking a 1/2 hr. to print trying to use the printer were not happy and kept apologizing, the person waiting in front of me was not happy. I left after 1/2 hr. with the couple still trying to print. The person behind me left and someone came as I was leaving mythified all the while 3 employees pretended nothing was happening.
