- HLHanna L6 days ago1.0The BIGGEST joke. Go in, quoted3-4 HOURS to blow up a dozen standard balloons… was told to go online and place an order for faster service. So I do. Get a phone call saying there’s no option to select it, but helium is $2 per balloon and they need to charge my card for all of the balloons even though I was not told this in store… so I said never mind just cancel my order they said okay no problem. I get ANOTHER call saying they can’t refund my order. What a scam! So unhelpful and what a terrible business practice. Awful customer service.

The associate said they were out of return labels. Why couldn't someone tell me that and people behind me waiting. Poor customer service.

Went in person after struggling online to try and get business cards made and Benjamin was not only kind enough to walk me through the online order process so I could actually learn it, but went a huge step above and beyond when I shared how stressed I was that I wouldn’t have cards in time for an important event the next day and got them printed within the hour, despite them being slammed with graduation orders. Having an employee take time to listen to an individual’s circumstances and be truly kind and helpful is a rarity. Thank you, Benjamin, your kindness and efforts meant I was able to hand out nearly all of business cards I ordered the very next day at the event I didn’t think I’d have them for and that’s going to make such a positive impact on my small business all thanks to you!
