  Seems like the other reviews all feel the same way. We had a “white glove” mattress delivery from this company through Macy’s today which end up in one of the worst experiences we’ve recently had. The two delivery men damaged a sentimental painting in our bedroom by leaning a heavy bed frame on it. When asked why they did that, the worker said there was nowhere else to put it. No apology, no remorse, and they even raised their voice at my wife. They both become increasingly hostile until I was thinking about calling the police. I told both men that they need to calm down, to which they said it was just “a language barrier.” We all speaking English. After this, my wife felt unsafe in the home and left while I called for customer support. During the call, the two men took our mattress and the frame and left us with nothing to sleep on. The company’s current solution to this is to reschedule the delivery for a week from now. So, we’re left with no bed to sleep on for a week. However, the two delivery men already unpackaged the frame and mattress and took them both away. So, not only did we not receive anything today, but our products are now open and used instead of new. My wife and I moved our cars from the driveway, removed several baby gates, moved our dog’s sleeping area to a different room, clear literally everything in the way for these guys, and they come in and decide to damage the only hanging piece of Arta in the entire room. Definitely not a white glove experience and these two men should not be allowed into people’s homes.

  Disappointing but consistent with their reviews. $700 for shipping resulted in $2K in broken items delivered for a $2800.00 total loss. Driver left before we could unpack the pallet so nothing could be noted on the “POD” so our claim was denied… after 6 weeks of emails. Our business and personal shipping needs will NOT go through Coyote again.

  I am very frustrated with the level of customer service I received from your company. I spent more than one hour on the phone, making three separate calls, in an attempt to get a lumper code. Horrible!!!

  Their app location is not accurate and now they don't want to pay me detention. Stay away from them.
