- ASAshley SolAug 10, 20261.0Went into this location today, to obviously ship out an item. It was a larger heavier object and I needed help getting it packed securely. Well if you’re hoping to receive any sort of customer service this is not the store. Jon the store lead was at the desk, I asked if I could get or purchase some of the larger packing bubbles behind him, he firmly almost aggressively said no I can buy what they have on the shelf. Okay fine but it was considerably smaller bubble wrap and would not fill the box. Some tape had been left behind on the desk which was not a Fedex brand, he said you need to pay for that!!! I replied it’s not even Fedex tape, I looked over at their items for sale, and told Jon he doesn’t even carry this tape. After struggling away to get this thing wrapped I look up and both store employees are just starting at me. Like gosh- they could have come over and at minimum help me wrap this or lift it into the box. Apparently NOT. When I was done wrapping and taping I pushed the box over with my shoe hoping either one of them could come over and lift this up for me. Still no. Honestly worst service I have received in a while. Fedex for what you pay your employees $20-26 p/hr you would think they could help someone wrap an item if they are visibly struggling and lift the box on the table. Absolutely ridiculous
