  My new go-to shipping store! I went in with a mix of items to ship or mail, none of which was packaged yet. One item was a USPS package plus a couple of letters, one was a UPS package return, and one was a Happy Returns item. Milli waited patiently and helped me package the items for shipping, and she answered all of my questions with a smile and positive attitude. I immediately got the impression that she wanted to be sure I had a great experience and that all of my shipping and mailing needs were met. They were! The store was very clean, appropriately staffed, well-organized, and items were easy to find. I highly recommend this business. It is now in my favorites list. :)

  This is by far one of the worst managed UPS Stores in existence. From ever increasing pricing for printing of shipping labels/ pieces of paper, to ill curated stock and refusing to accept properly packed items for post. The owner insists on upselling you on shipping materials because he feels like your mailer bagged item is 'not good' for some reason. I've been watching this place deteriorate for years, and it's finally hit the breaking point for me. Driving an extra 4 miles anytime I need to access a UPS Store in the future. I hope the price of rent drives this place out of business. 3/5 Harrumphs (the harrumph scale was created to indicate the extent of poor experience one has had, instead of stars, it's measured in Harrumphs, with 1 being mildly aggravating while being in no way redeeming, to 5 being absolutely treacherous and possibly toxic)

  I recently visited this UPS Store 0798 at Tigard location and was impressed by the change in atmosphere under the new owner. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my shipping needs. It is much more professional and efficient now. Highly recommend giving them another try.

  Scheduled a very important notary signature Saturday that was needed Monday morning. When we got to the store, the teenagers laughed and said that the owners had not updated the system, and they do not have a notary on the weekends. My daughter drove from Clackamas to meet me here since the paperwork needed both signatures. I explained this and asked if they had another store or something that could Help us. The response was “yes, you could call another store.” When we couldn’t get through, I went back in and asked them if they had a direct number and the response was “if you can’t get through I wouldn’t be able to either”. The two teens were more interested in flirting with each other than helping customers. The situation with the notary Absolutely unprofessional, and we would have scheduled this somewhere else or earlier in the week However, since there was an appointment open on Saturday, we opted not to take time off work. Thankfully, Postal Annex down the road had a notary and was more than willing to assist. I used the UPS store on an average of every other week however, I will no longer be using this store and will take my Business to postal annex. The UPS store should have called us and let us know that there was no notary on the weekends when they saw there was An appointment scheduled. Not only did it, Waste hours of our time, We were treated badly by the staff.
