  Honestly the best experiences I have ever had at a UPS store…amazing attitude and attention to detail when helping me out as a customer…of course we must do our part and be kind, because kind begets kind… Thank you! 🙏

  We had a very disappointing experience with the staff today at around 2:20 PM. We visited for notary services, but were told they couldn't assist us because their printer was not working. What was particularly concerning was that the three staff members began speaking to each other in Hindi, assuming we wouldn't understand. They said that since the printer wasn't working, they should tell the customer they couldn't provide the service. We were confused because it's unclear why a printer issue would prevent notary services. Instead of explaining the situation or offering any alternatives, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They made no effort to communicate the issue respectfully or help us in any way. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and we left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

  The staff at this UPS store are so prompt, friendly, and helpful. It's not like other UPS stores where I'm treated like I'm bothering thr employees. Keep it up!

  The staff here care about customers. I had an issue where the system wasn’t letting me insure an important package. We couldn’t figure out the issue at the time, but the owner said she would see if it was on their end and let me know via phone. She followed up, and the issue was resolved. I really appreciated the personal touch.
