- ATAnton Thompson3 days ago1.0out of the years i have lived here its been nothing but problems ive been whined at because i was ordering things that wouldnt fin in the box (they have to drive past my door to get to the box and only one floor) several time i get the notification that things are out for delivery then dont see it for a couple days after it says it left the post office here in town ive also had them say they couldnt reach the box...... its on the far side of the lot no obstructions along with 8 other boxes for the complex and they keep putting mail in the wrong boxes and trying to call is like talking to a brick wall well i think the wall would give me more feedback

But this past few weeks they have been skipping multiple days in a row. There has been pud and other heavy equipment work on the street that has obstructed the mailboxes a few times during the day. But it stops around 4 or 5. The last two days we received non deliverable notifications and nobody else has received mail on our street. I get wanting to go home early. And that it is a 3 day weekend. Hell I could understand skipping a few houses once in a while. But days in a row? aykm

- NSNevaeh SmithApr 21, 20261.0Worst customer service ever. The carriers are good but when I tried to go inside and purchase stamps they were acting like it was their first day on earth. I needed the flower ones they had on display but gave me the flag ones. I tried to exchange and I stood there for over 15 minutes and they asked me to stand there for another 15. Couldn’t change my stamps which are for important invites. And they always click the happy face for you instead of letting you give actual feedback. It was clerk 8. Not good.
