  Terrible Terrebonne USPS. Have lost 3 of my children's packages in the last month. Our carrier who delivers to Angus Acres (old Foss Ranch) mixes up mail on the daily at the post locker. Once every couple weeks I need to go deliver mail to my neighbors that had letters or packages delivered to us incorrectly. This is pretty regular, not a one time complaint. Even the weather man gets it right once in a while, but Terrebonne USPS does not. Rain or shine, your mail is going somewhere, just not where it's addressed to.

  I'm so sick of "delivery attempted' garbage. I would sure love to know what they consider an attempt. If they even drove by my address you would think I could see it on my cameras. Maybe their vehicles have some sort of cloaking device? Don't even get me started on my neighbors getting my letters, and my bonus surprise letters (someone else's) I get on a regular basis.

  I absolutely dread having to go here, it ruins your day every single time. From missing packages, unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff, and their hours not being community-minded.

  This is my third review for this post office. I live in a neighborhood with a mail kiosk with locked boxes. The keys to the package boxes are unreadable. I spent about 10 minutes recently attempting to locate the box my package was in because the hand written magic marker label was unreadable. Please see photo. (Second review) This post office has really changed for the better since I wrote the one star review below a couple of years ago. Newer employees are so nice and helpful and I have had no issues with packages in quite a while. The post office seems much more organized and the people working there are very efficient and competent. (Original review): Nearly every time I pick up a package at this post office, I am handed the wrong package. They base pickups on street numbers, instead of names. How hard is it to check both the street number and the name of the person on the delivery slip? Someone at this post office once told me that it is such an unorganized mess that it is very hard to find packages. For that reason, people have to wait much longer than necessary to take care of business at this post office. The attitudes of the workers at this post office are horrible. The postal workers seem so unhappy for reason. This post office has not expanded the building to service everyone in the area and to allow for enough room to organize packages efficiently. Something must be done to improve and expand this post office.
