- CHCoral HamillSep 21, 20261.0The front clerk here are amazing im not complaining about them, how ever the manger of this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I who just wanted to explain My situation was met with attitude before even speaking and that attitude continued through our conversation. I was a inconvenience to talk to apparently. But wanting him to know that my packages were " deliver " to the parcel locker key was placed in my mail box but when i opened the locker nothing was there. He has no business being manger and had 0 costumer service skills apparently. When I thanked him for his attitude he said your welcome.

Now my prepaid packages are getting flagged and charged for being overweight when they are not! I have had to dispute 4 weight adjustments now. Was granted 2 but waiting on one that was an $89 charge!!! Like come one!

- AWAlyssa WilliamsJul 20, 20261.0Impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone, and all the drivers do below the bare minimum 9wth package delivery. They refuse to walk up the stairs to my house, do not knock or ring the bell, and literally just throw packages at my door from halfway up the stairs
- KMKay MartinJul 13, 20265.0My favorite post office, ever! The staff is so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Example, I needed to send a letter with a key and used a forever stamp, but unbeknownst to me, it was not enough postage. I didn’t have my debit card or cash on me. The postal clerk told me not to worry about it - she had my back. I am forever grateful to her. She also had warned me in the past not to park in the parking lot next to the USPS as they started handing out tickets. Mike also is very helpful and they both always have a smile ready when I come in.
