I didn't have to wait in queue either time and was helped immediately as I walked in the door, this most recent time by a fellow redhead who saved me the cost of a new shipping box by helping me deathhug and tape a busted box shut with the help of another worker there. I really appreciate what you gals did, as ridiculous as 3 people around a 2x3x1ish container trying to get a 10x3 inflatable kayak inside may have looked to the average onlooker; probably saved me some decent coin for the size of box that would've been required, and that's just good customer service. Would recommend.
