- RRRyanApr 27, 20261.0Absolutely no help at all. I was instructed online and over the phone that I have to come pick up my package at the Sister post office. The woman at the counter told me I couldn’t pick up my package there. I asked why because I was told that was where I was told to pick it up and she said because I didn’t have a slip I couldn’t pick it up. I had the tracking number, my ID ready and the online info instructing me to pick it up at the Sisters post office. The woman didn’t want to listen or even try to help me. She just cut me off mid sentence that she was unable to help.

When I got to the counter Matt was there and was not helpful. He was rushing me and even asked me to step out of line to fix the labeling on my package. When he was going over when my package would arrive I didn't hear him so I asked again when will the package arrive at its destination he said rudely back to me I said Saturday, I explained I didn't hear him and called him rude and he scuffed at me and said he wasn't rude. I won't go back, all of the staff here was loud and rushing ppl.
