- CCCatherine ChadwickJul 7, 20261.0The office workers are nice and friendly, but the drivers are useless. What is the point of having delivery drivers for packages if I'm only ever going to get "We Missed You" delivery slips, when they never attempted to actually deliver the stuff in the first place. This is a city wide issue. When you do get a hold of a driver, they're rude and come up with lies and excuses as to why they couldn't deliver. If you can go anywhere else, you absolutely should. Can't even get through on the customer service line to leave a complaint about this repeated issue.

They will not deliver my packages despite being told they are both at the Silverton post office. Attempted again this afternoon to get packages delivered as I was told they would be delivered yesterday and the man hung up on me. My regular mail is being delivered so there should be absolutely no reason for my packages to not be. Completely unprofessional!!
