  I came in to mail a package and was being helped by a very kind employee at the counter. I asked a simple question about why customers can't use a small piece of tape to attach a shipping label without having to purchase an entire roll. I previously worked at The UPS Store, where we routinely helped customers with something this minor. Before the employee assisting me could finish answering, Noah came out from the back and abruptly inserted himself into the conversation. His tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. There is a difference between explaining a policy and talking down to customers, and unfortunately Noah chose the latter. I ended up buying the tape anyway, but left the roll behind for other customers because nobody should have to purchase an entire roll of tape just to stick a label onto a package. The contrast between the helpful employee at the counter and Noah's attitude was striking. Customer service costs nothing. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way.

  I ship weekly and had to use this one once. Older Asian lady treated me like I was so dumb. Not exaggerating the shipping took almost two weeks from where I send at other locations. Seedy! I do not trust packages here!

  The line was short. The clerk answered all my questions and had great customer service skills. She was very kind.

  Update 7/2020: Man working wasn’t wearing a mask at all even though it’s required inside public spaces. Wouldn’t give a receipt as proof of shipping and instead told me to “take a photo”. Had to come here to pick up a piece of mail otherwise I would still advise (2+ years later) to avoid this outlet at all costs and go elsewhere. Original: Extremely hostile environment here. I avoid this place and go to other locations (such as Tualatin and Wilsonville) where they provide Priority Mail tape and are willing to give tracking receipts.

  They charge $40 to change a lock in an existing MBU which the new homeowner has no control over! That's absolutely ridiculous!
