The attitude of the older female woman working the desk needs to be addressed. I personally go out of my way to use any other post office than Seaside because of her. She hates her life and her job so much and she uses all of her energy to make it known to anyone who comes in. It’s as if we are inconveniencing her for having to do her job… genuinely the rudest human being I’ve ever encountered. I almost feel bad for her!

Rude employees at counter. When i handed back mail that was delivered to wrong box I was rudely informed to sort through my mail elsewhere. There was nobody else in the lobby waiting to be helped at the time. Can’t wait for Gearhart post office to open back up.

The postmaster doesn’t care about customers at all. He doesn’t care that mail deliveries are not made. Mail is lost with no concern. The postal workers close home addresses and send mail back to the senders when the addresses are actually valid. It’s like the Hazzard County of postal service. Smirking at customers who have valid complaints is childish.
