He clearly feel "no need" to try and help you in an expedient manner even with a line of people going out the door. just at his at his own pace which is that of a Snail. Terrible... need some youth here for sure.
- XAXK AustinMar 7, 20265.0My experience has always been pleasant and positive at this post office 🏤. Sometimes, there may be 4 or 5 people in line, but it usually goes pretty quickly. I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly each time (which is usually once or twice per week). However I have witnessed a few rude customers now and then.
- SBSarah BrownAug 9, 20235.0I have dealt with the employees in person in the branch and even spoken with the "manager" on occasion to try and find missing packages that never made it to them. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Some reviews say the manager is unkind, but I have found her to be straightforward and no nonsense with a good sense of humor. I always feel like everything that could be done has been done, including tricks they have learned to move the process along. People also complain about the packages that Amazon dumps on the postal service not being delivered "according to the notes." Well, it's a government office, folks. They have regulations they need to follow that don't include leaving their vehicle (that doesn't lock) and hiking. Amazon has drop sights that you can use instead of allowing Amazon to overstretch an already crowded system. I have personally seen the mail delivered way into the dark hours. I have unstuck a postal van from the snow that knowingly didn't have chains but had to get people's packages delivered. These folks go above and beyond every day, not knowing if they deliver bills, junk mail, or life-saving perscriptions. So the next time you see your postal carrier, at least smile and wave.

- SSsupersaiyankitsuneMay 21, 20161.0Hahahah this place is a joke pay the extra money go somewhere else no one here can seem to do there job I often get " Re delivery " slips because they are to lazy to even try and deliver the item under my personal tracking # for the reason of "re delivery" is because the was NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT TO RECEIVE I've been home all morning just like the review before me THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
