Always have good service when I come in, even if I ask the same question twice (sorry, bad memory issues 😅)

Ridiculous people working at this post office, no common sense, no professionalism and no help. Trying to send a damaged phone back and the crazy lady said she didn't trust me and feels it's a liability. Insanity is an understatement, unqualified and rude to say the least. Verizon sends phones out all day and receives damaged once, but this lady determined she didn't trust me personally. Never had such a rude experience

Ali should not be working in customer service. I go to various post offices every day to drop off prepaid packages. Ali told me I couldn't hand them to her and I had to use the drop box. My boxes are large, I told her they get stuck every time and her response was "well that's where they go." I stood there and waited for her to take them and she rolled her eyes. When I was about to leave she told me I had to wait until she was done and couldn't leave because I had to do the survey. Every other post office I go to allows me to just hand them the packages and leave, they put them in a tub and scan them in when they have time later. She was incredibly rude which wasn't warranted for the situation.

I have had it with this location there is a brunette probably between 30 and 40 years old or maybe younger it's hard to tel, but she is so incredibly rude! Every single time tries to find some error in my question so that if I ask a clarifying question my original question was always wrong. Keeps trying up charge on discounted prepaid labels I purchased online I am so sick of it!
