- RSReisia SiquigApr 14, 20261.0USPS broke my rice cooker and after 3 different insurance claim attempts( with photos, receipts, and proof of value) they still denied it! Horrible service.
- KIKris IvoryMar 10, 20261.0There's no obvious number to call the West Salem USPS, and calling the 800 number is a nightmare. The phone tree does not give an option to talk to a real person (nor did it give me an option for the service I needed, a notary, which USPS is supposed to have), and when I tried saying "talk to agent," the tree simply said "Thanks for calling, bye" and hung up on me. Guess I'm going to UPS.
- BMB MichelOct 22, 20251.0My medication was lost - tracking number says it was delivered to even though it wasn’t. Submitted an inquiry Tracy the supervisor said he would check with the mail carrier and follow up- this was on a Monday, it is now WEDNESDAY and nothing. So I go to the post office in person. They supposedly reached out to Tracy who claimed he spoke to my mail carrier and they have been unable to locate it. So I ask for something stating it was lost- they tell me file a claim. I ALREADY DID THAT. No help !!! So I have submitted a claim to consumer affairs through the USPS maybe they can figure out a way to expedite the process when a piece of mail is lost. Especially when that is a medication. They are lucky that my medication is not something that is a controlled substance or a medication that is hard to refill due to potential abuse and is something I can MAYBE get refilled again!
