- KIKris IvoryMar 10, 20261.0There's no obvious number to call the West Salem USPS, and calling the 800 number is a nightmare. The phone tree does not give an option to talk to a real person (nor did it give me an option for the service I needed, a notary, which USPS is supposed to have), and when I tried saying "talk to agent," the tree simply said "Thanks for calling, bye" and hung up on me. Guess I'm going to UPS.

Avoid them like the plague! close your mailboxes and just have UPS or amazon deliver you packages!!!!!! wish i could give them a 0 star review.

- BBBitsyApr 24, 20211.0They NEVER let me know my letter arrived that I needed to sign for. Rather then letting me know they returned to sender. A manager was supposed to call me back and I've heard nothing. We paid extra for fast shipping and a tracking number and it was pointless. I checked my mailbox daily waiting for this letter and they've caused everything to be delayed by weeks. Edit 4 years later: they no longer deliver street mail. Have to go to south Salem to get our mail now that service has stopped. Close it down and put a restaurant or something else west Salem needs instead of the useless building it is now
