They are there to move the line quickly and make sure everyone is taken care of, not strike up a conversation. I’ve met pretty much every employee here btw and they’re all decently kind, just not talkative and that’s okay. Thank you for being so efficient! This is my favorite post office because of how quickly the line moves. You guys rock.
