- MHmark hardenMar 16, 20261.0Shipping with FedEx was the worst decision ever for car parts. Paid $170 for shipping. No updates on delivery of any kind and apparently it requires signature. Missed them even though I was home because I was in the shop. Can’t reschedule to pick it up at any local stores because the system won’t let me and the best delivery window they will give me is between 5am and 9pm. So for $170 I am expecting to sit here all day next to the door waiting for them to show up. It would be ok if I could go to a FedEx location and pick it up but I apparently can’t do that. Oh and FedEx doesnt employ any humans for customer service so if you can’t give the ai assistant exactly what it wants you are out of luck. Should have saved the headache and shipped with usps.
