I am absolutely tired of this post office location refusing to delivery mail because "Parcel is oversized and does not fit in receptical". The post man/woman is just refusing to walk the item to the door. I ordered a frickin video game, which maybe weighs 1 lb total box and all. This has happened at least ten times, I try calling and they can't do anything. I get the notification that delivery failed, check my cameras, and they didn't even show up on my street! They didn't even attempt delivery, they are just marking it underliversble in the office in the morning before even showing up. I am of the opinion that this location needs a higher up intervention. They either need more staffing or discipline for the employees that are not doing the bare minimum of their jobs, which is to deliver mail. On top of all of this, the informed delivery shows me what I should be getting, envelopes, packages, and then the packages never come, the envelopes will arrive multiple days late. I'm tired and this needs to stop. If USPS monitors these posts please help.

Laziest postal workers around. Cant drive up to my house to deliver my packages. If the item is too big to fit in the mail box they leave a slip saying I have to pick the item up. So I have to load up my 2 kids and drive 40 minutes round trip to retrieve the items I ordered because the postal workers are too lazy to do their job. This really upsets me and when the driver actually drives up to my house to deliver, he is rude and complains about it. Im pretty fed up with the postal workers at this office. I will call the 800 number to file a complaint as well.

Forwarding mail should be fairly easy, and for a deceased family member one would think a State issued death certificate would make fairly easy to get mail forwarded. No no its not, state issued ID as a driver's license, a State issued death certificate still does not get mailed forwarded through roseberg, USPS.

Terrible service. Said they delivered a package. Couldn't find it. Tried calling and got a robot for 20 minutes that refused to connect me to a real humab who speaks English
