  USPS is worthless. I mailed a certified letter that only had to go 70 miles. As of today 2 weeks later the letter has not been delivered. It is stuck in a distribution center and nobody cares.

  There is no way that this is not the worst post office in the United States. Be ready to wait in line for 30 minutes, while the only employee working the front presses the "need help" doorbell button five times, and though you can see other employees that regularly work the front end on the other side of the false wall they have up, they will not respond. Add on all of the issues brought about by the mail carriers, and the fact that the area is full of snowbirding retirees that require an incredible amount of immediate service, this place is close to a joke.

  08.20.26 David found our undelivered package, which was marked as delivered, from 08.12.26 and delivered it today!!! 5 stars are for our family friend, who is also our postal carrier, David. David always delivers our mail and packages perfectly. We feel he should be promoted within USPS as he is extremely trustworthy, reliable, friendly and kind. We adore David and his beautiful family and thank him for his care and consideration for his clients on his route, be they friends or not! Thank you to this post office for holding our mail so well every month while we both obtain medical treatments and surgeries in California (you can use Medicare in any state).

  Horrible place of operation!! They sent my package I needed back to the sender because my mail box door was bent and the route driver put in the system that we didnt live there anymore. This place is so horrible!!

  I am absolutely tired of this post office location refusing to delivery mail because "Parcel is oversized and does not fit in receptical". The post man/woman is just refusing to walk the item to the door. I ordered a frickin video game, which maybe weighs 1 lb total box and all. This has happened at least ten times, I try calling and they can't do anything. I get the notification that delivery failed, check my cameras, and they didn't even show up on my street! They didn't even attempt delivery, they are just marking it underliversble in the office in the morning before even showing up. I am of the opinion that this location needs a higher up intervention. They either need more staffing or discipline for the employees that are not doing the bare minimum of their jobs, which is to deliver mail. On top of all of this, the informed delivery shows me what I should be getting, envelopes, packages, and then the packages never come, the envelopes will arrive multiple days late. I'm tired and this needs to stop. If USPS monitors these posts please help.
