- NNNathan Nicholson6 days ago1.0I was driving home and at the corner of Fremont and Lincoln at around 5:10 pm on May 15, 2026 I was almost hit by a postal worker and then he flipped me off. I will be making a formal complaint at the office as well.
- DDDrizztMay 9, 20261.0Can we give them Zero stars because that is what they deserve! I had ordered something a number of days ago and it said it would arrive BEFORE mothers day. The day it was suppose to arrive, I saw the mail come, I checked the website and it said it had been delivered so I went out to get it only to find nothing was there! Their site said it had been left in a Parcel Locker but in my mail box, they left no key to any parcel locker to collect the item. I think they probably put the key in someone elses locker or they just straight up stole it and said they delivered it..! Either way, I have NO mothers day gift and the local office was closed so they couldn't call the driver and ask to go back and the 800 number was no help and said I'd have to wait till monday, AFTER mothers day! I am so pissed at them! My mother would have loved this gift but due to the incompetence of these people, she won't get it! At least not on mothers day which is the point! Sure, I can file a claim and probably get it replaced in about a week but by then, the moment is gone!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! Here's the dirty little secret, they probably don't even read these reviews and probably don't care one way or another if they get a negative review....

- KKKristinaApr 13, 20265.0I live out at the Sunshine Park Apartments and I have had issues with my online shopping orders that come via USPS. Amazon and Temu uses the USPS and some of those packages are too big to fit in the larger compartments and those issues cause me so much anxiety especially if those packages are too big because I don't drive. So I can't go pick them up. However, I want to give KUDOS to Chris and Mandy for going out of their way to come locate several of my smaller packages even though it was not their fault that said items were delivered to the wrong box. The other improvement that I have noticed at the USPS is that they are answering the phone now compared to several months ago. I can't express my gratitude to both Mandy and Chris because those two ladies immediately came out here and found those missing packages! 😍 So a special thank you to both of you! 🫡🤝🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 Kristina Harrelson
