She is appalled at the negligence and incompetence of this government ran shack. They have lost so many of my packages and delivered them to the wrong address. And it’s not even close to my address. Fortunately, the good citizens of Redmond are honest enough to contact me and ensure things arrive. I know I am not the only one this continues to happen to, as there is, almost daily, a post about it on Facebook or next door. This makes nine times in two years these clowns have lost a very important piece of mail for my local business. This last one (today) was a check that my company was in dire need of. I can’t feed my family if I don’t get what I have earned. The usps in Redmond, Oregon should be shut down, and every one sent home. They should start over. Because this clearly isn’t working.

FedEx will deliver an entire bed frame to the front door but the post office can't handle 20lbs of fabric? I gotta drive to the post office for every delivery now because they'll just mark it is "security access required" and never deliver the package. I don't know what that means but there no security code so I know it's BS. Can't exactly switch post offices but I can tell people about my awful experience
