    I tried to send a package twice, using the correct address, it came back both times, box was destroyed. Address was correct and verified, many packages shipped to same address via Amazon, however UPS had it in their system incorrectly on the delivery side. They charged me the second time to send to the exact same address after destroying the box, I also had to pay for a new box even though THEY destroyed it! And It came back again! UPS admitted the mistake in their end but said I still had to pay a third time to send it again. I chose to send it US Postal Service. I am done with the Redmond UPS Store. I feel the store should take responsibility. The owners chose not to. Very bad customer service from UPS to the store managers in Redmond. Both blaming the other and leaving me the customer high and dry. I will never be using them again. This is not the same company it used to be, neither the UPS Store owners nor UPS itself. So sad. Ship anywhere else but here!
