- MAM AMay 30, 20265.0They are very nice and they work hard. Sometimes the packages come later than expected or are undeliverable but I think that's due to staffing. They have went out of their way to help me a couple times.

Recently, I had a package that was marked as "out for delivery" early in the day, which gave me some hope. However, my doubts were confirmed later when the status updated to "delivery attempted" with the reason being "mailbox full." In reality, the package never left the post office, and I suspect there was no actual intention of delivering it. Instead, I would have been required to pick it up myself. This is not the first time USPS has failed to deliver reliably. Packages are often delayed, misplaced, or handled poorly, leaving customers frustrated. In this case, I was fortunate enough to have a personal contact who retrieved the package before the carriers left for the day, but this is not a solution most people can rely on. The lack of accountability and follow-through from USPS is unacceptable. Whether it’s due to staffing shortages, poor management, or other factors, the service is clearly not meeting the standards expected. These repeated failures undermine customer trust and create unnecessary inconvenience. I urge USPS to reevaluate its processes and find ways to improve delivery reliability and accountability. Customers deserve better service and consistent follow-through, especially when so many depend on USPS for timely and safe delivery of important items.
