- RMRonald Madarang2 days ago2.0My biggest gripe about this place is the one lady who "helped" me today. I was trying to ship a brand new, unopened, gas powered generator overseas. She kept telling me that I couldn't ship it because it had a battery. I had to INSIST that it didn't have a battery because it is gas powered. She had to ask someone in the back if they could ship it. Now, I completely understand needing to verify, but what bugs me is that she kept telling me that USPS couldn't ship it (without even double checking)...turns out they could. It met all of the necessary guidelines (which I knew because I had researched it). Decided NOT to ship it in the end because it would be very expensive; but I knew that was the case - I just didn't want to continue dealing with this employee.
