I haven't had a problem with any of the over one hundred post offices I've used, but I'll never return to this one. The most obnoxious people I have ever encountered in a customer service job. They didn't listen to a word that I said and very rudely tried to scold me for something that was no fault of mine whatsoever. I ordered a shipment and the company sent a delivery in a bag instead. I took the time to explain to them that it was completely the error of the company, and that I know they don't accept deliveries like that. I explained it to two different workers who both pretended to not hear what I had just said and launched into nasty attacks against me for having this delivered in a bag (again, I ordered a shipment not a delivery and there was nothing I could do about the company error). The USPS is driving itself under. I wonder how many of their employees have stock in other shipping services.

They were so kind and calm and made the situation less stressful. Getting a passport and dealing with official documents and stuff always stresses me out; I’m just an anxious girlie and this person was so lovely to interact with and really made the experience so pleasant! Also it literally took 15 mins… so quick and easy!! I forgot your name, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much again :) <3 highly recommend this location for your passport needs !
