Though the official US Passport site mentions what you need to provide if you cannot provide a state-issued ID, they would not follow anything but their outdated training. When we asked about it, we were simply belittled, with an employee frantically pointing to a sheet that contradicts the official site — and we basically had to walk away with zero help. Seems in line with other reviews of employees who just don't actually care, are overworked, and stressed out.

- JAJordan ArcherJul 15, 20261.0Edit:over a month later and im still not receiving my mail. STILL nobody answers the phone at this location. The post office STILL hasnt done anything to correct this despite my frequent requests to do so. Nobody answers the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. They refuse to deliver my mail for no reason and it takes them forever to ship within the same city. They lose money every year and refuse to improve the service. The post office as a whole needs to shut down.
