Busy place, but open later than many post offices. Lots of parking. Self service kiosk.

It’s now the second time they’ve lost my packages in 2 weeks. They don’t even scan them into the system. Completely ridiculous. Avoid this office.

I would like to express my concern regarding my interaction with Bruce. As a fellow government employee, I found his customer service to be unprofessional and unacceptable. Our office mails these notices on a daily basis and has done so for years without issue. During my visit, Bruce informed me that the postage on all of the letters was incorrect and stated that they could not be mailed as letters. This was surprising, as none of the mail pieces exceed 13 ounces, and we have never encountered this issue at any other post office. I understand that employees may occasionally be unfamiliar with certain types of mailings or procedures. However, categorically stating that these notices cannot be mailed in this manner, despite our long-standing experience doing so successfully, was both confusing and concerning. To support his position, Bruce selected one of the letters and weighed it. However, he did not provide the actual postage calculation or explain how the postage was allegedly insufficient. Instead, he stated that he would “accept it this time.” Based on our established mailing practices and years of successfully sending these notices, I am confident that the postage was correct. I would appreciate clarification regarding the mailing requirements for these notices and whether Bruce’s assessment was consistent with USPS policy.

Today I had a bad experience with one of the workers I didn’t catch his name but he had an attitude the second we got in I tried to ignore it as much possible but it continued on . after we had a mistake with our passport application he looked at me like as if I was dumb and ordered us around with taking the pictures and when I confronted him he was like I am disrespectful for talking back to him cause I am younger I got upset because I didn’t say anything mean to him while he was rude about it, his manager said he is nice but thats how he is so I am supposed to just ignore his attitude towards his costumers ??
