Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Very busy most of the time. The staff are efficient, kind and professional.

Employee did not know USPS rules, flatly refused to ship item that USPS website says can be shipped, refused to even look at the relevant rule on the website. If you're shipping Hazmat, firearms, or anything else unusual, do yourself a favor and go to the NE 122nd or NE Killingsworth locations where the folks are helpful and either know the rules or are willing to look them up and follow them.

I had an appointment at this location to renew my children's passports 7/28/26. Unfortunately, I hadn't completed the forms beforehand, which was my mistake. The employee who initially assisted me was courteous and gave me 10 minutes to complete the paperwork and return to the counter. This took me about 5mins. While I was filling out the forms, my wife overheard Bruce and another employee making comments about us and laughing. When we turned around, they immediately stopped. Regardless of what was said, the behavior was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. After I finished the paperwork, another employee directed me to Bruce's counter. From the moment I approached him, his tone, body language, and overall demeanor were rude and dismissive. Instead of treating me with courtesy and respect, he spoke to me in a condescending manner, making the entire interaction unpleasant. Before posting this review, I read several other reviews and noticed multiple complaints about Bruce's behavior that were very similar to my experience. Seeing the same concerns repeated by different customers makes me question whether management is addressing these issues. I understand that everyone has difficult days, and I also acknowledge that I should have completed my paperwork before my appointment. However, that does not justify being treated disrespectfully. Customer service should remain professional, regardless of the situation. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and provides the necessary customer service training and accountability. As for me, I'd rather drive an hour to another location where customers are treated with professionalism and respect than return here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
