They say now only the first 4 people can do a passport for the full duration of the 1hr walk in they so graciously provide.. They fail to mention or write on their walk in hour sign (which differs from the website information). When I asked if they could update the hours online to reflect what they offer in person, I was given a phone # to complain about it because they can't do their job properly and update it themselves. That phone was also voicemail full and I had to resort to calling the general USA USPS phone line.
