Totally unhelpful, but also disrespectful. I went on Saturday to send a package like I've done thousands of times and the woman on the counter told me they don't generate a label and it's been like that for "centuries ". This location has always been bad which is why I avoid it, but I was in a rush. Better to drive a bit more to a better location.

Elaine was super helpful and went over and beyond to help me. I am new to eBay selling and she taught me about dimensions/weight shipping and how to be efficient. I almost lost money on my first sell, but she gave me some pointers and i was able to better pack my item and made some money!! I will forever drive across town to this post office as long as she is working there :) ELAINE IS THE BEST!!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I believe my packages were stolen by an employee at this location. I was under the impression you could send packages via General Delivery to any post office. I travel for work and do not have a physical address, nor a PO box to receive packages. So I had 10 packages sent to this address. Upon getting to the post office, a not-so-nice person from the back is called forward to tell me that "all those were labeled return to sender". According to my USPS tracking, only one was returned to sender, the other 9 are still labeled "delivered to post office". This was 2 weeks ago. So, where are my packages? I cannot call anyone, nor do anything about this because according to their tracking, they were "delivered" and there's nothing they can do. These were all expensive purchases including anniversary gifts, new shoes and medicine. I understand this was my error in thinking I could send General Delivery. However, I am asking again, why were none of my packages returned? Where are they? At your house where you run an ebay store selling people's lost packages? Seriously so sad/mad/disappointed.. I would understand 1 package being lost, not 9 out of 10. I am on a very tight budget and have now just lost a large amount of money, where I can see the only reason being; someone pocketed my packages. Very sad.

I don't know if they were just misinformed or what. When I asked for some passport renewal forms, they told me the process had be taken online only and that they had none, which the first part was a lie or misinformation because one of my family member was able to get the forms and schedule appointments for them too at another USPS office.. Maybe next time just say you're just out of forms and redirect me to another USPS office.. I felt wronged by the fact that they said it in confidence to my face, though kindly but still misleading and misinformed. Also, long wait times if there's more than 3 people waiting in queue. Please do better! Public services shouldn't be misleading and misinformed to people. Again, please do better.
