- DBDaniel BarkerAug 19, 20261.0During a 45-minute wait, I watched postal clerk Elaine force an elderly customer to "just hit the smiley face" button on the point of sale system (in order to pad her service metrics). When my turn came, she was condecending, ultra-aggressive, and rude. If USPS keeps hiring clowns to work at this branch, pretty soon we will have a full blown circus on MLK and Killingsworth. The post office needs to stop padding its stats and start delivering basic customer service.

Ive always had excellent service here and - unlike the more convenient (to me) USPO on 50@Sandy - theyre open SATUDAYS, which is very helpful when consolidating errands. My only complaint? I wish they were open until 3pm instead of 2, but that is minor compared to everything that is good about the place (like being close to 7/11 an USBank etc).
